Policies for Sungold.pk Warranty: All products purchased from Sungold.pk come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults but does not include damages caused by misuse, accidents, or external factors. Damage & Burn Warranty: We do not provide a warranty against burns, damages, or external physical harm to the products. Customers are advised to handle products carefully and follow usage instructions. Return & Refund: Products can be returned within 30 days if they exhibit manufacturing defects covered under the warranty. Returns due to damages outside the warranty scope, such as burns or physical damage, will not be accepted. Warranty Claim Process: To claim warranty, customers must contact our support team with proof of purchase and details of the defect.
